Expansion into Illinois

Springfield, IL – December, 21 2010 - The Illinois Commerce Commission has granted Capital Energy Services its electric ABC license. The ABC (Agent/Broker/Consultant) license allows the company to market its energy procurement services throughout the entire State of Illinois, including the electric utility service territories of Commonwealth Edison and Ameren Illinois.

The New York based start-up intends to waste no time in ramping up its Illinois operations. The company's plans to expand its customer base include entering all energy deregulated states within the near future. Capital Energy has already secured partnerships with many of the industry's leading retail energy suppliers.
